Food was fresh, hot and delicious. The place didn’t feel very clean on the inside, I think it was the old icky carpet that gave that feeling. They did have chocolate peanut butter milkshakes so that was a plus. Didn’t use the restroom.

Been out of Greeneville for a while. One of the things I have always missed is PALS. Ordered a chipped ham, no pickles no lettuce and a small frenchie fry. Received a chipped ham in a soggy bun and lathered in mayo ONLY. No cheese, no tomatoe. Fries were soggy and way over seasoned!

My first Pal’s experience!! The burger was so tender and the buns weren’t tasteless like fast food. The decor was really neat with all the old glamor Hollywood. I will definitely be going back!

Usually this place is pretty good with good service and good food, I went there in April of 2023 the fries were over seasoned the lettuce wasn’t fresh, it was brown and mushy, the Assembly of the burger was sloppy. I was really disappointed with my meal. Still giving it four stars because I’ve only had one bad experience

Pal’s always offers fresh food in a quick and timely manner. This visit was no exception. The only thing I wish is that there was more seating available. Other than a mall food court, I do not think there are any other Pal’s locations which offer sitting down inside, so I feel this should be showcased more with more seating.

The most important thing to say is consistency, consistency. This is the only eat in Pals that I am aware of but no matter which one you go to, the food and service is always quick and good. This particular location is not open for breakfast like the drive thru’s are.
