Do not come here if you’re in any sort of time crunch. Expect to wait 30-40 min for a single burger to go. It’s not the staff’s fault, they are just severely understaffed. Smash burger needs to support their employees better by having proper staffing, so they can also properly serve their customers. Super disappointed.

Gave this Smashburger location a second chance after waiting 30 minutes for our to go order the first time a few months ago. Won’t be coming back. Wait was better about 10-15 min with two orders ahead of us but food was disappointing. Our burgers were alright but a little bit on the greasy mess side. Our fries were so sad and terrible. They were stale, dehydrated and looked like they were dipped in oil again. I’m assuming the fries were both old and cooked in oil that wasn’t hot enough. There was literally a growing pool of oil at the bottom of the fry box. I don’t recommend this place.

It’s fast food. That’s not my problem. My problem is the fact that all of the employees have taken the opportunity to back their cars into the parking spots reserved for call-in orders. I quess this is the self entitlement of a generation of fast food workers who don’t put the customer first. The manager and all of the employees should be fired.

Admittedly, this particular location was struggling for a while several months ago. Fortunately, the past couple times I’ve been back recently, everything was great! Food was delicious, service was good, and wait time was reasonable. If you has some bad experiences here previously, I’d recommend giving them another shot. It seems like they’ve turned things around.

The place was good. Food was served quickly. I ordered the Colorado burger. It was good but not great. I wouldn’t order it again. The cost of the bill can really get away from you. Fries are extra. Milkshakes are extra. Insofar as charging you for occupying space in this tiny restaurant; however, they haven’t quiet figured out how to charge you for the air you breathe. Yet.
