They are so friendly and efficient at this location. We were promptly greeted and seated immediately. The manager stopped by to greeted us, and our server quickly took our order. The manager was happy to let me use the blooming onion coupon I had towards the new Blooming Shrimp appetizer (which was phenomenal). I had the Alice Springs Chicken and my husband had the new Shrimp and Lobster Fettuccine. We were too full for dessert, but decided to take a Chocolate Chocolate Tower home with us.

Excellent service. We were warmly welcomed in and seated. The manager came by to check on our table. Our waitress was very friendly. Our appetizers came our right away. We didn’t have to wait long. The restaurant is conveniently located off I-25. A go-to stop for great steak and blooming onions.

Service is amazing! Omar is very friendly & attentive! They even have 3 different managers coming around to gauge satisfaction. Steak & salmon were cooked perfectly. Coconut shrimp is better than Red Lobster. Broccoli perfectly steamed. The stars for me were the new blood orange Rita & the new Tim Tam sundae. Awesomeness!

Simplicity
The food was fair. The onion soup was a bit to thick to my liking it could’ve been more watery it had almost the consistency of pudding. But my chicken tenders were amazing the fries were crispy and salty. Our waiter Pancho was very great and attentive and had a positive attitude.

Came here for my birthday and loooved the atmosphere. I came at an hour when it wasn’t crowded and the music was at perfect volume. Dim lighting makes it relaxing. My steak was cooked exactly to my liking as well. Thank you so much Bella for making our experience wonderful

Our servers had a disagreement with each other on who would wait on us which was awkward and unsettling. This place has definitely changed and went down a little in the last 15 years for sure. Food wasn’t too bad. The steak lacked a little flavor. Would have been better with seasoning to give it flavor instead of being charred burnt black. And the soup was too salty. Our waitress assumed I didn’t need cash back and was going to take 40$ as a tip on a $60 bill when I gave her a hundred so that was upsetting. Don’t think I’ll be back nor would I recommend for a date night or special occasion. The quality doesn’t reflect the prices at all. You could go elsewhere for cheaper and have better tasting food.
