Took about 20 minutes to get through the drive through (about 8 cars) and that’s my only complaint. It was lunch time so I understand they were busy, and don’t blame them but there were several customers who just drove off because the lines were flowing into the street. Keep the line moving, make long orders go park. There are ways to optimize this to save everyone time and actually increase business and prevent potential customers from driving off.

Great Customer service. Dining room area was a little messy and needed to be cleaned up but it was during lunch rush. We had our order taken quickly and our meal was sent out hot and fresh within seconds. I do recommend this location. They are all about the quality and customer service. Fast ordering and serving fresh n hot food.

Customer service SUCKS! Walked in mid yelling between employee and dissatisfied patron. Opened order to ensure correctness. Looks like my toddler grabbed a handful and plated. Not to mention the tenders were super tiny. When inquiring for a few more fries the manager, Morgan (I believe was her name) stated “we measure our fries and are only allowed to give 5 ounces per corporate.” Crazy! I think I’ll choose a different location even if it’s out of the way!

Very disappointed! I usually visit this place once a month since it’s not far from my house. I waited in line for probably about 30 mins which I didn’t mind since that’s usually the usual at that time (7ish). I ordered the chicken sandwich which was delicious. My fries and cookies were both old. The cookies taste as if they had been out for days and the fries were so greasy. They seemed to have been sitting all day and they warmed them up in the microwave. If I’m going to wait I prefer for my food to be hot and fresh. I hope they can fix this moving forward.

My food is alway hot and this is generally a busy location but they do great with cutting down the line fast. I normally go in early afternoons and Ms. Faye is always there and is the most nicest and professional person she gives great customer service and my food is always packaged neat when she is there the rare occasion I came late afternoon or evening when she wasnt there the service wasnt the greatest and it seemed they gave me food that probably sat out for a bit once but thats never happened when Ms Faye is there so I try to stick to early afternoon if i go to this location.
