I don’t think you could find a more rude employee if you tried. Welcome to McDonald’s. I order a diet soda and fries with no salt… got sugar and salt. (Type 1 diabetic with water retention). We don’t take that, (new roll of quarters for payment) okay here is a 50. We no take that, don’t you have card sir…guess they like the processing fees… phone is dieing, go out to car, get charger all outlets are covered with little locks, no soda refill so I guess the last thing they expected was for me to use 50s to buy a refill. I order more food use the number rather than bring food to table they throw on counter and say you pick up here.

So I don’t frequently go to McDonald’s anymore and this one in particular is a prime example of why. McDonald’s food is McDonald’s food … it’s not great and that has always been true. One thing McDonald’s used to pride themselves on though was excellent customer service. This staff is just not friendly, borderline rude. You order at the drive through and they don’t give you the total nor a receipt. No one says thank you or greats you with a smile. You get ignored and treated like a number not a customer. It’s pathetic, and they mess up the order every time I’ve been there.
