We tried to order through doordash because everyone in our family got home late from work and we wanted a late dinner, we placed the order a little after 11 and was told that they will not be making our order because they didnt receive it. It says they are open until 12am so im a little confused as to what the issue was as to why we couldnt get our food made. If we went through the drive through at 11:30 and ordered the same exact thing, they would have denied us also?

Food was expensive…paid over $24.00 for 2 Arby roast beef sandwiches ( and not a meal deal) and 1 small roast beef sandwich.. it tasted good but would had been better if they had got the order correct, though the receipt showed exactly what was ordered..we received only 1 large roast beef and a small roast beef and a ..(not recommended.. chicken sandwich) the service was polite and friendly..but so rushed that we did not have time to even look in the bag before feeling rushed to move on..

Went to the drive-thru here 2 days ago. Not surprisingly, food didn’t look like anything we expected or was advertised. My sandwich was literally not even put together and thrown into the container. The person at the drive-thru window could not even offer us anything even close to basic courtesy, no “thank you”, no “you’re welcome”, just a flat stare at my wife and I.

I doordashed and they gave me the wrong side item. I reordered my mozzarella sticks and they fulfilled the order and even wrote me a note apologizing for the mix up! 10/10 customer service. I really appreciate the worker who took the time to write that note. I was having a really hard day and to see a complete stranger take time out of their busy work day to apologize was really heartwarming for me 🙂 and if that worker is reading this I hope you have a great day and never lose your kindness as I know food service is a emotionally challenging job <3

The raw hamburger, what a courage you wait for like 30 minutes in the Drive thru and they give you everything wrong because I don’t eat raw meat. Those who attend are hated if they do not want to serve the public that Get cooking. I don’t come back anymore

$40 for food that took 27 minutes to make, they gave us possibly the worst chicken sandwich my husband has ever eaten. They forgot half the ingredients on my garlic steak sandwich, two small drinks and chicken sliders so gross I wouldn’t feed them to my kids. Waste of money.

1 of my favorite fast food restaurants. The beef & cheddar , French dip sub with ajour sauce & regular roast beef sandwich are so DELICIOUS !! The fries and other items on menu are very good as well . I would like to add that anytime I order a sandwich I do say NO SAUCE . I like to add my own instead of them brushing it on my bun .
