Place has gone downhill. Gets my order wrong at least a third of the time. Ate in and asked for a refill for the first time since after covid. They now do not give refills, not even for a charge, blaming covind still. Yeah, we all know that’s a lie. I will go out of my way to go someplace else from now on.

Nice location with modern interior (continuous bench seats, movable faux leather stools, graphic designed glass and walls). The food was delivered quick after sending it in via app and well prepared. The location was not super crowded inside on Wednesday after lunch, but the drive-thru was busy. Staff was friendly. located inside a very crowded and busy area adjacent to Kahala mall. I can see where parking would be an issue with all the other eateries nearby. Note that there is no self-service drink station and that the staff needs to serve you. Mens bathroom looked modern with air dryers and automatic soap and water system. no paper towels, though. The bathroom smelled like urine as it looked like someone urinated on the floor, so it may have just been my timing, but the bathroom could use a little more TLC.

Got us some post beach food. Drive thru was slow considering there was only a couple cars ahead of us. The McFlurry didn’t come mixed but no big deal. I’m assuming the mixing thing was broken so when the kids noticed the oreos were just on top, I said don’t be lazy and just stir it yourselves.

If you see someone standing outside waiting for finishing hall to be opened and you didn’t put up your change of signs. Could you let them know. I expected you to open at 6am and 3 workers were around while I waited starting at 5:55p. Not cool, very bad service.

It’s one of the newest McDonald’s on the island which offers the kiosk to order your food and drinks without standing in the long lines. They will also bring the food to your table. It was great and easy when using the kiosk. You can’t go wrong with your order…it has pictures.

The staff is very friendly, and the restaurant is very clean. I think with covid they have put in some restrictions of the customer flow. Can only enter from one door and exit from another door in the other end of the restaurant. Even though the kiosks allow you to choose table service, they placed a label at the bottom of the kiosk screens that says “no table service”, so you have to listen to them call out your order and walk up to get your food.
