What a jewel I have found not far from my home town! The food was top notch deliciousness! Um, um, good! The serving sizes were totally above average. The service was warm, friendly Southern hospitality. The location was very easy to find. I can’t wait to go back again! Definitely a worth while experience!

Fresh flavorful food at decent prices. The fried shrimps were delicious and the portions sizes plentiful. The server was very nice and entertaining! Would have given five stars but they were out of a lot of items and there was some incorrect orders. Overall a great restaurant!

We tried the flounder tacos and loaded baked potato with broccoli and cheese with shrimp. Tacos were cooked and seasoned to perfection with the flounder being completely non fishy tasting in all the right ways. The loaded baked potato was a huge serving of two complete potatoes, so you must bring your appetite.

What great meal! Started with crispy wings with the Soul Lickin sauce that were fantastic. Then my wife and I got the tacos. She got shrimp and I went with steak. The sauce really made an already delicious taco that much better. If you haven’t given Sea and Soul a try yet I highly recommend it . Hope they’re around for a long time to come.

I’m so happy this establishment delivers to my home. I was tired of all the regular fast food restaurants and wanted something unique. I was amazed by the flavor and amount of food I received for the reasonable price. I never dined in, so I’m not sure of the layout. I recommend this restaurant highly. Very tasty. Hushpuppies are to die for.
