Have to have the best cheese steak subs compared to all the others in our town! And the fries are very good, i think they still use peanut oil but regardless they are very good. If they had McDonald’s fries and used thereway of cooking, that would be the best!!

I know accidents happen and everyone’s only human but what happened tonight is absolutely unacceptable. We have been loyal customers for many years now and tonight we ordered three subs. The Italian, the club, and the Philly cheese steak sub and somehow they managed to COMPLETELY mess up each and every sub. They didn’t even make the club sandwich the club sandwich. They just gave me turkey and cheese and absolutely no sauce at all even. It was dry and had nothing on it they gave me some random sandwich they made. The club has certain things on it and they just put turkey and cheese on it and that’s all Also they put EXTRA MAYO on my fathers Italian sub. Who does that?? Italian sauce goes it. You would think that would be plain common sense but I guess some people just don’t have that. He also felt like his sandwich was extremely tinier than usual with like nothing even on it. My mothers sandwich had literally barely anything on it as well and didn’t add extra mayo like she asked for. Not sure if the employee was new but Father’s Day probably isn’t the best day to let the new person loose.

Absolutely the rudest and laziest employees at this restaurant I have ever encountered in my life. Save yourself the trouble and go another 5 mins down the road to Linden Ave where they don’t mind doing the job they are paid to do. Refused to make food because they closed in 20 mins. Well, then close right then if you don’t want to make more food. Smh. Food is made to order anyway!

This was one of the worst sandwiches I’ve had in a long time. Ordered reg size cheesesteak, light onions, xtra mushrooms, xtra cheese & sm fry to go. When my order was ready, I kept thinking that was the quickest that “any” Penn Station has ever cooked a sub I’ve ordered. Got home and the sandwich had no flavor/seasoning, seemed to be missing about 1/4 of the steak, looked like lite mushrooms, didn’t look like xtra cheese, and the steak was not fully cooked. I put the sandwich in the oven to cook the meat the rest of the way, loaded the meat on 2/3 of the bread and ate it that way. I remembered back to when I was waiting for them to make my sub, that another dine in customer had taken her sandwich back up and asked the employees if her sub was raw, but she went back to her seat with the sub, so I figured it was OK and didn’t think much about it until I go home and saw mine. But now I realize that whoever the tall guy was who was making sandwiches must be in a big hurry for some reason, because they weren’t busy, and I was the only one waiting on food during this time. So either the employee doesn’t know how to cook subs, or he just doesn’t care, or he just wanted to cook the food fast so that he could talk to the other employees. I would rather get a good sub rather than a quick sub. Either way, this was terrible & I won’t go back here ever again.

The fries were absolutely horrible. They were ice cold and hard and dry. They tasted like they were sitting there for hours. They have been like that the last three visits. They used to be our favorite and now I don’t even want them.
