Needed a refund for my order. They said they couldn’t provide one. That I had to contact online services through their website. Order was never received. Waited 30 minutes with them knowing I was there and they served 3 people before me. Then I left cause I was there for exactly 41 minutes. Got there at 7:45 pm when the order was supposed to be done. And left at 8:26 pm .because my kids were hungry and crying.

I didn’t even want to give them 1 star. Horrible, horrendous customer service!!!! How can such blatant disregard for your customers even be allowed?!? An hour and a half wait?!? Seriously??? Then to be told by an employee that they hadn’t even started the order and did they really have to make it? We’ve been waiting this long, so we’d like our food. Eye rolls and cuss words from her and then being told yeah I’m not sure what’s in the bags cause we didn’t really want to do it. Where is the manager of this so called “fast food” establishment?

Went there at 5pm, to which they close at 10pm. Was told they were limited on chicken and were not making anymore. I was told they didn’t have enought to do a 8 piece. Why be a kfc if you don’t have chicken? I don’t plan on wasting my time going here again.

My wife and I were served 8 of the most disgusting, leathery, thin, and dried-out chicken tenders I have ever seen in my life, and that includes 11 years in the army. How long were they sitting out? I left a picture just to save other people from having the same experience.

I will not have chicken from there again. This was the first time I have tried this KFC and it will be the last. The Chicken was very dry and leathery, the mac and cheese was dry and bland. I feel like if I am gonna pay that that much money for chicken it should be FRESH! I only gave it one star because the delivery was quick!!

This place is a joke! Very poor service. Employees stand around talking instead of taking care of customers. Waited for 10 minutes one time kept telling us someone would be with us, we finally walked out. Talked to some people that waited over an hour. One star is way to much for this location.

A hour before close there’s a car parked in the drive thru lane doors locked and said door dash pick up only.. Not a very good way to get sales when you don’t allow people to order. Why pay 3 employees to stand around… seems to be a common occurrence based on reviews.

Absolute and utter garbage. Food quality is very low even for a KFC or Taco Bell, the place isn’t very clean, and it always seems like the staff is at each other’s throats at all times. Just go to McDonald’s guys.
