The staff has come a long way. We stopped in around 2-3 and got the Roast Beef Slider. It was microwaved, and extremely HOT!! The fries were fresh and the staff was friendly. We didn’t realize they had an offer of 2 for $7 for other items we got and the Front Cash employee gave us the discount for that, which saved us $2 and got more food. Still a little ways to come, but I will come back more often after seeing the improvements.

Food is great, but the customer service stinks! I picked up an online order one day in which I had ordered shakes. The server brought the shakes up to the counter and placed them in front of me. I politely asked her: “Please place the shakes in a carrier.” She refused my request and I had to walk over to the end of the counter, get a carrier, and place the shakes in it myself! What ever happened to “customer service” in this restaurant??!! Management needs to remind their employees that their job is to serve the customers!

The food was okay. Not exactly hot but not cold. The person working (older woman) was borderline rude. Either she was having a bad day and didn’t want to be there or probably shouldn’t be there. I probably won’t be revisiting this location.

Would of gave 5 stars, It’s clean and the crew were very nice but the two crispy fish i got were a huge over cooked in the microwave too long brown lettuce let down, the curly fries were good, the only reason the fish ends were so called crispy is because of the microwave, i went inside and told them i wanted hot fresh fish when i ordered but oh well, i would of been more than happy too wait for FRESH CRISPY fish, as they say tho it is what it is. Peace.

Pleasantly surprised by my experience today. Placed my order in the drive through and received everything I ordered. The roast beef sandwiches and mozzarella sticks were all hot and fresh. They asked if we wanted sauces and actually gave plenty of each sauce we asked for. Service was fast, friendly and professional. Highly recommend this location!

They were very nice here the sandwiches were for my service dog who likes the meats almost as much as the lady who ran for b7t lost being a governor. Funny thing they will pay for college if you work there too bad not all but most USA youth are so lazy they want to be paid to sit home play games on their phone anyway there it is nice place to work if you need a J O B
