This review based on it being a chain BBQ restaurant. Understanding that this is not gourmet competition BBQ, this is actually a great place. If you are familiar with Soulmans or Spring Creek BBQ in Texas, you’ll know where this place ranks. I had the Dirty Deed which came with Pulled Pork, pork ribs and Sausage for the meats and I chose coleslaw and beans for the sides. There are some really great flavors in everything I had. The beans were awesome and the coleslaw was probably some of the best I’ve had from a BBQ place. The ribs were just a little dry for my liking but they had good flavor as well. Sausage was just standard sausage and the piled pork didn’t have to have sauce if you didn’t want it. They had three different sauces to try and each were great in their own right. Overall, I would recommend this place for quick and good BBQ.

Consistantly good BBQ sandwiches. The Dynamite Chicken Salad and Brisket Queso Dip are also in my favorites list. Photos here are the pulled pork sandwich with a side if mashed potatoes for me and a spud for the wife. Servers are always friendly and efficient.—- Different visit The Dynamite Chicken Salad (photo) is also really good. I sub pulled pork for the chicken.

Update, They changed their menu. What I got here last time is no longer available. I got the smokey chicken sandwich. The meat was cool, and the bacon was not fully cooked. I will think twice before coming here again. Food is way too expensive to get cold food and undercooked food. I would NOT recommend the smokey chicken sandwich.

We visited for the first time last weekend. Our waitress. Stephanie was amazing! She was so friendly and helpful in our food selections. We had brisket, pulled pork and chicken. All were delicious as well as the fries and the large side salad which I believe was only $1 more. We will definitely be going back for more!

This was my first time to dine at the RibCrib BBQ. I do try a lot of BBQ restaurants, and I am pretty picky about ribs. I ordered the half rack with house original dry rub along with Mac and cheese and Fried Okra for the sides. The ribs were cooked to perfection in my opinion. They had a good bite, but were very juicy and tender. The flavor of the rub was well balanced with the smoke for a very savory taste. The sides were also great. Our server was fantastic as well. She was very attentive, helpful, and friendly. Thank you for an excellent dining experience!

Went through drive-thru and ordered a pulled pork sandwich and a large side of fried okra. I opened the take out box and showed the girl what was inside. Literally a tiny sandwich and maybe 5-10 pieces of okra thrown in the box full of grease. When I asked her if this is what their BBQ Sandwich and large side was, she responded “Yes.” THIS is ridiculous!!! The last two yrs this place has really gone down hill. I like to shop local however I will not waste money on THIS. Do Better Please! And if you don’t like people, don’t work with the public. Thanks

First of all we have always loved eating here until today my experience was horrible. I found out they have new management that doesn’t know how to talk to his customers.I ordered the club sandwich I don’t eat pork so I asked for beef brisket instead at first the waitress said it would be $2.00 more I said last time they didn’t charge that she went and talked to the manager about that.
