The more authentic food was much better than the eggplant in garlic sauce (which was very sweet and not garlicy?) The 3 cup chicken, taiwanese fried chicken, fish filet in spicy sauce, and the beef rice bowl were yummy. The eggplant as mentioned was in a sweet and not garlicy sauce and the rice cakes had good flavor but the shrimps were small and disappointing. So we would probably pick a different protein for the rice cake and vegetable but otherwise we were full and happy.

We’ve been here around 5 times and love the Taiwanese food here. The taste is really close to the food in Taiwan, but I would say it depends on what flavors you’re used to. They have many rare Taiwanese dishes that’s you can barely find in the US.

Authentic, if mildly flavored, Taiwanese cuisine delivered with pleasant and attentive service. We were celebrating a family birthday and sought out Taiwanese “comfort food” as my son’s significant other grew up there, and we’ve all lived there; she in particular was hankering for a taste of home.

This place is definitely over priced. We ordered popcorn chicken, It cost $10 and only had 10 pieces in the plate. The water spinach cost $17. A plate of vegetable cost $17!!!! Those taste are just fine, nothing special or authentic. Oyster Omelette $11, very thin layer. It is the only one taste good and authentic. Taiwanese style rice noodle taste very plaint, no flavor at all, just soy sauce and very little veggie and pork. It cost $10. We also ordered think port nuggets and rice noodles soup, Again, no flavor, just salt and soy sauce. It cost over $10.25, a medium size soup bowl.

So I decided to order form this restaurant because my co worker recommended it despite another co worker telling me not too ♀️I should’ve listened to the second co worker, first online I get the menu says $6.95 for lunch special so I order it and have my husband pick it up for me because they do not deliver ♀️anyhow he gets there to pick up my order and they charge him $9.01 ok I get it price on internet maybe out dated so he brings it to me I open it and was very disappointed ☹️ 1. I have never ordered any fried rice and it had huge chunks of red pepper and green pepper. Yuk I don’t like that! Then the pieces of chicken were huge another yuk!! Didn’t taste right! The rice the portion was for a child smh I’ve ordered lunch specials from other restaurants and never have I ever received such a small portion for that amount! Let’s just say I will NOT be ordering from them again!
