Went to this location after terrible service at the Waba Grill off Haven and 4th. We pulled up just before they closed. Granted, it was 8:53pm and they close at 9. I get that. We probably would have made it sooner had the rude girl at the other location hadn’t wasted so much of our time for nothing. We were hungry after being out all day in the heat and wanted a healthy option for dinner.

I totally love the staff here and there service is actually good then any other locations I have visited. The workers here are nice and make sure I leave with my order correct in hand with no attitude and have so many new choices on the menú. I would suggest this waba grill to friends family and many others since there chicken and steak are always on point and the rice is hot and soft like it should be definitely 5 stars

There was a long line and I guess the manager was on her lunch not seeming to help and when she got back she was yelling at her staff. I worked in the food industry for a long time and seeing that breaks my heart for the staff because they seem very nice. I think her name was Marsha. Really hope she learns to help her team in the future.

The food is acceptable and I like it, but is the same with flame broilers yet so much more expensive. The waiter’s attitude is bad. There aren’t many customers but I waited for at least 15 mins in a FAST FOOD restaurant. I didn’t like it
