It’s hit or miss. I’ve been here a couple times where I was handed the wrong bag at the drive thru. The lobby wasn’t open, and I didn’t want to wait in the long drive thru again, so I called the restaurant. They brought out my bag, I got home, and I discovered they gave me the wrong bag…again. Every other time, things have been fine. But that one day almost sent me over my emotional edge haha.

Dang! Who doesn’t enjoy a crisp taco or a crisp meat burrito from Taco Time? I love their meat, and they usually stuff their tacos in a most excellent fashion. Don’t get me started on their cherry empinadas… wow! Good fast food is right here for the taking! I simply can not get me enough Taco Time.

Exactly what I expected from tacotime. Decent taste, fast and friendly service, and clean. Lots of dinning space if a quiet corner is what your looking for. It appears there is a play area but there is not one currently, and it didn’t look like they were in the works of adding one.

Went and they were finally open to dine in again. Food quality is what you expect at a taco time. I like the cheap crunchy taco. Better than any other fast food cheap taco. Also crisp meat burrito is a good choice. Inside was clean and employees friendly.

Their food is typically good. But, the last few times I’ve gone the orders have been wrong and/or the food is cold. Won’t be going back for a while there are other quick options nearby.

I’m so tired of fast food restaurants messing up orders and forgetting to have all the items you’ve ordered. My order was missing food so we took the order. Our food was cold so I asked the order be replacedI wanted to sit down and have a family dinner. We were told there was nothing wrong with the rest of the order and they wouldn’t replace the order. After going back and forth for 20 more minutes on the phone I was offered what I asked for in the beginning. I refused and asked for a refund after half of our order was cold and not even prepared correctly. I asked for higher up contact info and was told that they can only give me email addresses only. Which is fine if you want to wait for them resolve the issues. So I met the location manager. Discussion was outside in the snow. I’m just so tired of being ripped of by fast food restaurants. This was a large order missing two order’s. My daughter checked the bags but it’s hard to do with a large order multiple bags with cars behind her. I was told this is $ ___ and if they replaced it it would be $ ____. Well what about my money that was wasted!!! Sorry for such a long rant!!! Tired of be screwed over by fast food establishments.
