Not only did the order get messed up again, like every other time I go to this location, and they forgot sauces again, like every time I go to this location. On top of it, this time there was a group of 15 girls who SCREAMED nonstop the entire time, no one did anything to ask them to be considerate of the other diners. Awful experience yet again.

Drove thru for lunch for the specialty burger, Smokehouse cheddar deluxe. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. There was 1 teeny onion ring, no bbq mayo sauce that I could detect and I’m sure they neglected to season the beef. I tried this same sandwich a few weeks ago and it was delicious. Today? Terrible.

Love that I can get a gluten free bun here. If you have a gluten allergy or celiac, it’s kind of a big deal to have a fast food option like this. Also love that my kids will always eat here. Burger and fries are great, kids love the chicken tenders.

After asking the clerk immediately after paying if I could change my fries to onion rings I was told no. I made her aware that the soda and condiment island were fifty. After eating my lunch in my car and returning in to throw my garbage away the island was still fifty. This always seems to be an ongoing issue. The drive thru girl went over to fill her tea and did nothing. Pretty disappointing.

This Culver’s has gone down hill. Dining room dirty, empty tables but all dirty. No employees cleaning anything while we were there. The cheese curds were the worst I have ever had. No one should order them. And for some reason it was super cold inside, like uncomfortably cold. It baffles me why it’s not run correctly. This location is always busy and must rake in the cash.
