I absolutely love the food here! Our family has always enjoyed Mexican food, but ever since my husband introduced me to this place, we have been eating here regularly because it just tastes so much better than other Mexican restaurants! I love the style of menu, it’s very much a build-your-own type of menu which makes it so easy to decide and order. I used to like Santiago’s until I tried bubbachinos but I’ll drive from Platteville to Brighton and pass numerous Santiago’s on the way there- before I eat at another Santiago’s again. The owner is incredibly nice and the young man at the front, who takes the orders, is SO kind and respectful and keeps this place clean! Highly recommend for Mexican food, especially for an on-the-go quick meal that will stick to your ribs all day! Everything tastes fresh and made to order, so I never feel like I got something that’s been sitting for a long time. Thank you for being awesome!

To start off , this place never answers the phone when I try calling ahead for an order. I once called the place while I was physically inside to see what the issue was and they let the phone ring no one bothered to pick up (there was no customers other than me) .

I have been here twice now at 6:50 and today 6:45. The first time we are closing in ten minutes no order today fifteen minutes early you can have chili fries only. I left both times with no food don’t say you are open till 7:00 when you clearly are not!

Ordered the dbl cheese burger and fries, must admit the fries were fresh. Now on the other hand the burger, two patties w/cheese and nothing else on the burger. Both patties were old and it was noticeable the edges were hard. A person couldn’t get juice out of the burger if you were to stand on it, absolutely the worst burger I’ve seen served!!!!!!!!!! Granted it shortly after 11am and not busy at all……….SMH

Pretty sad as a veteran when I walked through the door and see all there military pictures and I think they would be courteous to there customers, and the guy at the counter is rude as hell. Then you get in your truck and all the beans and cheese and chili just falls out all over! Needless to say I won’t ever eat here again!

Definitely tasty and a decent selection of choices to build your meal. The chile and salsa were a little too hot for me. I’m not sure if a mild option is offered. A bit pricier than fast food but easily better than fast food. Go, check it out for yourself. I know I’ll be back.

The older gentleman at the registrar was not very friendly. Cut & dry. The chile was like gravy , not at all spicy for a Mexican restaurant. I had a smothered mexican hamburger which was smothered with gravy. Probably not visiting this place again..

Worst place to go to I went a year ago and tatters horrible, was in the area today and decided to give another try and the moment I walk in a old man starts running his mouth about my service animal telling me to take my business elsewhere. Definelty do not recommend this place to anyone. Discrimination against service animals for a to go order. Hope he sees this post as well.if he is going to treat customers like that I think it’s time he should retire. Lol
