I come here a lot and order the bourbon chicken. I enjoy the food but the portion size is a little light for a 14 dollar meal. It varies depending on who is serving you and how they feel. It was also absurd that I was charged $1 for a second water cup since there was 2 of us. I understand many people may come and ask for water without a purchase. But to charge a paying customer an extra dollar for a small tap water makes you feel nickeled and dimed.

If a was an option to rate this restaurant I would give a 0 start, is more accurate of the description of what they offer. This place has a horrible costumer services, and overcharged. On top of that, I found a bug in my food. Gross which means that they do not follow cleaning standards and serve costumers disgusting food. They didn’t want to give my money back, so I pay for an impure food, and horrible costumer service. I would suggest do not purchase anything in this place, who knows how they clean and cook the food.

DO NOT EAT HERE! i work in the mall and the few times i have come here i have always been over charged. Today i ordered two plates for me and my empoyee and while eating my food i found a bug in my rice so i took both plates back to the restaurant politely met them in the back to ask for a refund so i did not make a scene and i was refused a refund. i was told i could only get the food replaced… as if i want to eat more food from them.

I was on vacation and came by to the mall and went to get some food in the foodcourt . I came across this place . First red flag was that they make up prices for everyone . And to make matters worse there was bugs in my food . When I went to the manager Filipe and asked nicely without causing a scene for my money back because I showed him the bugs in my food he said he will not give me any money back but can give me new food . Why would I ever want to eat again from a place that was so unsanitary . Warning to all stay away from this low grade dirty place . Go eat at McDonald’s instead. I’m sure they’re more clean.

Totally disgusting. Had lunch here and was over charged! Food was horrible and to top it off I found a bug. The staff acted as if this was normal. They told me the rest of the food was good. Eat around the bug. They laughed at me like it was a game. I highly recommend staying away from this place.

Terrible food, Terrible attitudes. Food portions are minimal and prices are outrageous. 30 bucks for 2 entrees. This is insane and talk about inflation on top of inflation. I definitely won’t be returning and hopefully others will stay clear of this place after reading the reviews including mine.

I buy here almost everyday since I work in the mall most of them know me, one day that I forgot my name tag for my discount Heidi was so rude and didn’t wanted to even ask other employees if they knew me. Since the beginning even before I say I worked there she was so rude. Worst customer service from her!!!! It wasn’t even for the discount since is only like $2 it was her actitud that make me don’t ever come back!
