I wish i could give zero stars! I bought a $5 box with a crunch wrap and a burrito. The burrito was fine til i got to the end and it was FROZEN SOLID AND FROZEN TO THE PAPER!! Then i got to my crunch wrap no hard tortilla in the center and was also frozen solid in the middle and wasn’t even folded correctly and spilt in the bag! So so so embarrassing for taco bell, that’s why no one goes there… makes sense, step it tf up

I spent 30 minutes of my lunch waiting in line. 25 minutes after I paid. I could clearly see my bag sitting I. The counter but the workers at the window were being petty and refused to turn around for 10 minutes just to grab the bag I was looking at and handed it to me. She giggled a said “have a nice day” terrible attitude from the staff.

Place was fine accept the bathroom toilet was clogged and ask if u could use the other bathroom and the employee said it was OK and then the other employee didn’t nock on the door and just came in and asked why I was in there well person if u check your bathroom ones in a while to make sure it’s working

The guy Bear was excellent I drive from Rio Rancho to come to this place I encourage all people that get great service to review them let’s bring there rate up I really don’t understand why there rate is low they always take care of me! I actually hadn’t been to TACOBELL in over a year due to a bad experience in Colorado springs but I tried one here in abq and they actually did a decent job. Thank you nm I do have to say the Supreme crunch wrap was sadly a bit empty but everything else was good

My daughter was excited to eat inside and get pizza, we waited at the register for about 15 minutes, employees walked by looked at us and never came to help us. Drive-thru is their only priority so they should close their dinning room. This is the 3rd time this has happened to us, but pervious 2 times they finally helped us after clearing drive-thru Customers. We did a Google search for the next closest TB/Pizza Hut. Drove to the location on San Mateo. They have a Pizza Hut sign but they no longer serve pizza. Very disappointed! This company can’t seem to get anything right.

Order has been messed up twice the only two times I’ve been there. I asked for the nachos bell grande to have toppings in a separate dish. They didn’t put tomatoes or sour cream with it. The first time they left out a ranch burrito but I was still charged for it. And the people working don’t seem very happy to be there.
