Delicious rice burrito with great insides. Crispy Yo tiau. Not oily. Portions not too big. No seating. This is a takeout place. Park on street in residential neighborhood. It sells different types of food online via a front desk.

Preordered the purple rice burrito thru their website. Authentic flavor and good quality. The only problem is parking, there’s no parking space at this shared kitchen property, and the street parking is difficult to find. Wish they’ll have a different location.

I enjoyed discovering Fan Tuan in the heart of Redwood City. Their Fan Tuan, made with purple rice and swordfish floss, was a delicious. The packed rice layer contained a generous amount of flavorful ingredients. They fulfilled my request for extra pickles, which was a pleasant surprise. The youtaio inside was incredibly crispy. Overall, it was a great experience, although I wish it was slightly bigger. However I will be going back.
