Besides Jets, Hungry Howies is my top pizza place to order from. But in my opinion, as I’ve stated in my past reviews. H H is one of the most inconsistent pizza chains in the metro Detroit area. And I don’t think it’s even close.

I asked to speak with the manager about the amount of sauce and she told me it’s the way the machine does it huh I purchase my pizza from here and Southgate all the time and this is the last straw. The manager told me if I cannot come back today it was nothing she can do about it. Cool this was visit 24 at this location and they will not get another dime of my money. Peace and Blessing to you!

This place doesn’t even deserve 1 star. I had a delivery and both of my pizza’s were burnt. Thankfully the bread was not burnt so we had something to eat. When I completed the survey I received a email informing me from the corporate office that the store will be reaching out. Weeks later and still no word from the store and the only response I get from corporate is that all stores are individually owned.

At this point they just need to fire the entire staff and start over. The manager who defends the disrespectful kids she has working for her and doesnt hold them accountable. Would rather shift blame on the customer, that there the problem. Multiple times things were wrong or there were issues. Never again with this place.

Absolute disrespect. An order was suppose to be delivered at 6:00. They showed up at 5:15. 45 minutes early. I called saying my order wasn’t suppose to be made until 6:00 as was basically told oh well deal with it. When I stated what’s the point in having to put in a time if they weren’t going to follow it. I get it cant be right on time. But 45 minutes is a big difference. She (Joana) hung up on me. I called back and asked to speak to a manager when the man said he was the manager and basically I need to deal with it. When I said it was extremely unprofessional of her to hang up on me he said we’ll you weren’t listening. Wether someone is or isn’t no Manger should be telling his employees that it’s ok to treat costumers with such disrespect. Absolutely ridiculous.

Today ordered deep dish cheese pizza. It was the best deep dish I had so far and it’s way better than little ceasers .Cheese & sauce were so fresh with great taste Best part is you can add multiple crusts without any extra charge and they have great deals going on right now. Highly recommend this place to try deep dish 🙂

Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life! Ordered pizza and picked it up when I got home I realized it was wrong, my wife called and they basically told her she was in the wrong and they have the order in front of them. The lady that took our order over the phone rang it wrong and the manager “ MIKE” was VERY RUDE! He then told her to bring it back and he would re make it. We got there and I asked him nicely to remake the second pizza because it was wrong and he rolled his eyes and said it wasn’t burnt when the crust was black and hard as a rock! They were very ignorant and rude to us the entire time! I will NEVER give them my business and I will make sure everyone knows that!

Placed my order online. After I checked out I read the order and I forgot to select pepperoni on my second pizza for 2 large and bread deal. It put lite instead of minus on the veggies on my salad. Called literally a minute later. Took the young man on the phone like 5 minutes to tell me they can’t fix my pizza it was already in the oven even though I paid for the item anyway. Then tellS me we can pick off the other stuff on your salad. Wth? Like it’s not my money I’m spending. They’re just give me what they want.
