This is now the 2nd time with issues with our order. This order beats them all…as you can see by receipt the pan was supposed to have onions, green peppers, sausage and we’ll done. The pizza had no sausage and was almost raw in center. As well as 2 inches all the way around with no toppings at all. The second pizza was stuck to the top of the box, after scraping the toppings off the pizza was of course cold. When calling the store was advised they ran out of sausage yesterday and just made the pizza without it. HELLO at least a call to advise would’ve just chosen something else. The original person who answered the phone was nice and empathetic…but the manager was as if we were bothering him. No apology, no nothing!! We were offered new pizzas or credit for the pizzas…we took the credit.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS LOCATION! Not safe! I had a very rude delivery driver and now im scared because he knows where i live. He was upset because he couldn’t find the address even while i was trying to explain it to him. After he finally listened and found my house he then trashed my plants and placed the pizza boxes on top of them to damage them on purpose. I called the store to place a complaint and asked for a manager and was told “oh well too bad so sad”. Do not order from this location! I repeat do not order from here!!

If you’re staying at the Miccosukee Casino, this is the best place to get food since the casino has limited options. Very close to the casino and both pies we got were perfect and delicious. Ordered on the app and extremely fast service. Highly recommend.

I MADE A DELIVERY ORDER FOR 1 PIZZA AND A SALAD. THE SALAD CAME AT 80 DEGREES. THE PIZZA WAS COLD AND NOT UP TO QUALITY NOR WHAT I ORDERED. UPON RETURN TO THE STORE I WAS MET WITH AN EMPLOYEE CALLING THE POLICE ON ME. SAYING THAT I WAS COMBATIVE AND ANGRY. (WHO WOULD NOT BE?) BUT OF COURSE…I WAS NOT. Stay away from this domino’s store manager Alberto Santana very rude and unprofessional person. Stay away from this dominos !! They delivered the pizza to the wrong house and didn’t even have the curiosity to send us a new fresh order on the house for the inconvenience!! On top of everyone the manager Alberto was not helpful at alll !!! He didn’t even care that we had guest over waiting for the pizza. He lied and said that the driver knocked on our door 2 times which is a complete LIE !!! We have a ring camera and there was no one !!! Stay away save your money and time this place is negative Zero for customer service and doesn’t know addresses.
