My first time here and I was pleased! We got the variety tortellini‘s in Alfredo sauce. I ordered at 7:24 and it was ready when I got there at 7:38. The customer service was great, friendly! I can’t wait to try their lasagna or fettuccine.

This place is a staple of the community. The fast, reliable service mixed with how little they charge is a go to experience! I get food from here at least once a week. I would definitely recommend the House Casserole and the Variety Tortellini with white sauce. The lasagna is also one of my favorites!

LONG-TIME CUSTOMERS, BEWARE. The Ott’s that you remember is no more. I’ve been getting food from Ott’s since the early 90’s, but my most recent trip there will likely be my last. The quality of the food, what little I received of it, was fine. However, the portion sizes are severely reduced. They had already reduced the size in the last few years, changing from a rectangle-shaped container to a square one. Now they’ve done it again, changing to a round one, and the portion of entree I received was pitiful.

Ott’s is easily by far the best Pasta Place in Springfield. I order the variety tortellini and the salad and breadsticks are just the best thing! Very reasonably priced food and excellent quality of food for the price too! I would recommend this establishment to anybody looking to try something new! You’ll be coming back that’s for sure! They have been in business for a very long time and they have perfected their recipes! Even one business in town purchases their salad dressing from them! Now THAT makes a statement! Customer Service has always been exceptionally great as-well! Thank you so much!!

We had Ott’s cater our daughter’s wedding 6/4/22. The venue was an hour away. They reassured me keeping everything plenty hot would not be an issued. Henry quietly showed up got everything set out, and made sure there was plenty as people came through. He was very polite and courteous – Professional! The food was hot, so yummy, and we had tons of compliments. When everyone was finished Henry covered everything up for us and again quietly packed up and left. We didn’t have a ton leftover but I can say – the leftovers heat up great! Thank You so much Ott’s Pasta!!!!
