This is not my favorite place for Indian food but it serves one of my favorite goat biryanis. They are very generous with the portion of meat in proportion to rice. The dish is not the dry kind, it’s slightly wet with bell peppers and tomatoes. The other dishes are also quite good. The place is casual with plenty of outdoor seating, and some parking spaces on their own lot.

This is my favorite restaurant, we come here every week if possible. Why is it my favorite? Because the food is great, it’s super affordable, there’s outdoor dining, and best of all the people who work here are very friendly.

Very low key Indian and Pakistani food. No table service, help yourself to plates and silverware. But that’s ok and good. Families don’t have to worry about spoiling the atmosphere. Their Naan is very tasty.

I haven’t eaten inside yet, but I have gotten it to go several times. The food is always really good and the opportunity to choose the level of spice is great.

Food was ok. But must lecture these folks. Westerners do not serve bones hidden in other foodstuffs. For obvious reasons. Good Indian restaurants in the US don’t either. Wake up and pay attention

Overpriced for mediocre Indian/Pakistani food. When ordering biryani, they serve tava pulav, and half of their menu items are saltless. There are better desi food to tryout here in berkeley for sure!

Food was bland and tikka Masala was oddly sweet – almost like tomato soup or ketchup. All the food was lacking in flavor and the samosas had an odd texture (too wet). We live down the street so I wanted to love it because it would be very convenient! We will continue going to Mehak where prices are similar and food was much tastier.

Okay- it’s a 4 star restaurant. But the samosas are amazing and it is reasonably priced so I give it a 5 for what it is – alright food for a great price
