I have never been treated so unfairly in place they were rude disrespectful and they refused to fix the order that was wrong and knowing that they took all the food back and would not remake it and knowing that I spent $60 and would not get my money back for 5 to 10 days. I still didn’t have anymore money to feed my family and they refused to give us back the old food. They refused to give me a corporate number or a GM number told me that they did not have to remake the food after we drove 25 minutes and I explain to them that I had children and it’s supposed to be sausage and pepperoni, and it was covered in peppers, and I could not eat peppers, they were mad did not wanna remake it so they took the food back put the money back on my card that would take 7 to 10 days so the $60 I spent I did not have to feed my family and they were so disrespectful and rude and I have been going there for a long time I will be sure to make sure my family does not go back there and that everyone knows how I was treated now I don’t have money to feed my family tonight. I can’t believe that they can do that to someone and not be able to call someone ahead and charge I felt like I was talking to a bunch of children the whole time, my husband, speaking with them there’s a teenager in the background, laughing as if all of this is a joke to them . I still need a number to the corporate office or someone in charge over this place.

One of the best classic pizzas around. My personal favorite is the 3x sausage (the crumbled sausage…not Italian) with pepperoni. Just a great classic pizza with a good crust and good ingredients. It’s not gourmet, but it’s solid. I’m a local, and I’d recommend this hole-in-the-wall to anyone. No GF crust option…but they do have a crustless keto bowl. No dine in available…only carryout or delivery.

Ordered online Paid $90 and picked up to make it easy. They said they lost order so had to wait. Did not get my breadsticks and then when my son took a bite of his pizza part of a reciept was melted on the bottom of it. Like it was just reheated. Not very happy

Three inches of the outer edge on half of my pizza was nothing but sauce. For a place that talks about piling on the toppings I didn’t expect to have this problem. I don’t expect edge to edge but I do expect for the pizza to look uniform. It’s almost as if the person making the pizza only cared about filling half of my crust. I paid over $20 for my pizza. I don’t feel as though I got what I paid for. This was my first time purchasing pizza from this location. I have had better experiences at other Jack’s so my expectations were definitely not met.
