Absolutely loved LaLaLu. The ambiance and service were fantastic! The drinks are unique and tasty. Our table was ready twenty minutes early. Fresh bread, wedge salad, and steak were all delicious. Steak was cooked to perfection. The cheese wheel was a presentation and was delightful! I will be back, most likely will be my new birthday celebration go to! With all that being said it is upscale dining and prices are reflected accordingly. I thought the pricing was reasonable for the dining experience.

We received a gift card for Lalalu at Rise and Shine having lunch as a promotion. I am glad they had. My wife and I had not been aware of here. You walk in, and it feels like the entrance to a trendy night club. Lalalu is what Syracuse has been missing out on for a dining experience. Our waiter, however, is knowledgeable was the only negative. He felt it ok to tell us what was, in his opinion, not good and worth the money also to say he is pronouncing the EYEtaliian words wrong, rather than Italian. The drinks and food are out of this world. We had the calamari, my wife had the cotton candy topped drink and the Chicken Saltimboca, and I had the call me old fashioned drink and the Vulcano for a meal. The price point is above my comfort level, but we will be back for special occasions. Thank you and see you soon.

First time to this restaurant and it did not disappoint! From the moment we walked in, it was a great experience. My niece, Shelbie Handville, is the bar manager among other jobs at this restaurant and her recommendations were spot on. The drinks were amazing, the staff was polite and very knowledgeable about the menu items (more then any place I have been). We had delicious appetizers (egg rolls and a pizza that was lit on fire), main courses were beyond delicious the 4 of us had tenderloin medallions, ribeye, Nonna’s candies, and the cheese dish made right at the table (this alone was an amazing experience), unfortunately, we did not have room for dessert. Next time no appetizers so we have dessert. The manager came around to every table at various times throughout the meal and asked every person how their meal was. The atmosphere was relaxing and entertaining. So much good to say about this place and I wish them all the success in the world. My niece loves being employed by them and they truly care about everyone. Thank you for the best dining experience ever!

Wonderful, loud atmosphere… And that was the the best part of that dining experience. Took way too long to receive our entrées, we had an unattended table for sometime, and the taste and preparation of the entrée was mediocre at best… certainly would not hold standards to the other fine Italian dining in the area.

What a wonderful dining experience. There are so many great Italian restaurants in the Syracuse area, but Lala Lu stands out from the norm. Nothing like it around here. Atmosphere was unique and outstanding, as were the food and service. Highly recommended!

Beautiful decor and love the layout of the entire restaurant. Menu is fun and unique take on Italian food. You can get basic chicken riggies anywhere else in town so I was excited to see a more adventurous and fun menu. Great new addition to the local dining scene!

An absolutely amazing experience. The food was excellent and the wait staff went above and beyond to be both friendly and helpful. It is absolutely worth the price in every way and would certainly go again and again!

First time visiting tonight. Caesar salad presentation is very unique but it was drowning in dressing… only needed half of what was on it. Food was okay with large portions. Unique ambiance and funky decor. Bar is well stocked but that’s about it.

Horrendous. Food was TERRIBLE. They really had the audacity to serve 3 day old pasta. That’s when I immediately knew it was time to get the check. Would never go back here
