There were 5 people left waiting at front desk for over 30 minutes. When we were served we were told that they were out of livers, gizzard, nuggets and original chicken? The only chicken available in xtra crispy breasts and drumsticks. No mountain dew no sweet tea. While preparing our selective order the staff was goofing off in the back. The dine in area was dirty, trash on floor in walkway areas. Not at all the service we experienced when visiting several months ago.

Absolutely horrible, while waiting for our food a group of 8 people walked out because it took over 30 minutes for them to prepare ours. Thier soda fountain did not work in the dining room, and they forgot to hand us our drinks multiple times. The staff were on thier phone and incrediably rude. If i hadn’t ordered already i would have left. THEY ALSO OFFER NO REFUNDS.

Ordered 2 chicken sandwich big boxes and a 3 piece chicken meal. The nugget sauces were missing from the box meals and we were missing an order of fries. The bag was sealed by the restaurant so I can’t blame Doordash. This happens almost every time we order delivery in Hillsboro. People just don’t care about customer service anymore.

Went through drive through and got parked to wait on food sat there 10 minutes and got my food got home forgot my extra crispy chicken breast called no one answers. I’m 5 minutes away so I drive back into town and to my knowledge they gave me a breast got home it was a thigh. If you people don’t know chicken get out of there and find another job. Tried calling again still no answer. You guys are just pathetic

How much Id love to upload a small video of the world hardest biscuit. But unfortunately photos can only be uploaded. I wanted to throw my biscuit out the window but I’d be afraid to crack the concrete. This place has went down hill, I’ve given them multiple chances to redeem themselves but their service sucks. (To put it lightly) Their pop machines out front rarely work or if they do, their syrup to the machines are out, forget to add condiments upon request or leave a fork/spoon for side orders. (Have you ever ate Mac n cheese or mashed potatoes with your fingers?! Many other things to list but I think you get the point. Go elsewhere for better service and food.

They must be very understaffed. Food is decent when I can get it. I usually order ahead. Sometimes I get there and they haven’t even started. I had to leave today without getting my food from the drive-thru. They sat me off to the side and I waited over 10 minutes. Have to go back to work! Lol

Tried to order $30 fill up. It’s only an online order. I had looked at the the online menu. It wasn’t there. So, I ordered inside. I ordered what the $30 fill up consisted of plus 4 more biscuits and 2 large livers. The total came to $73 and change. No wonder they don’t want to do a $30 fill up. Then when I got home and got everything set out, I was short 4 biscuits and the livers were gizzards. And they looked like they had been in the warmer for several days. Not a happy customer. Will not be going there again.

Horrible. Over priced frozen chicken from Walmart. Even out of menu items. Everytime they are always out of something. Did I mention the 4 foot long hair in my container of Mac n cheese??!!! Completely unacceptable. They need to just shut this place down. Clearly employees do not care.
