The cashier was rude. I never had a problem with any firehouse. I come here atleast one aweek. But this guy was rude and loud. Seemed like he had an attitude with just taking my order. Even with other customers, same attitude. He needs better customer service skills and atleast smile.

I’m giving a 5 based on service! I didn’t like the food. The bread was soft, which was good, but the sandwhich was all lettuce, no meat. And I didn’t like the taste of their rostbeef it was more like Philly steak to me than roast beef. My husband liked his. But the people working there were extremely polite and helpful. They had the best attitude in a place I’ve seen in a long time. They seemed like they were happy to be there and made sure everyone was happy.

I have been to this Firehouse on about 7-10 different occasions praying it’ll be better than the last but it never is. Every single time I come for lunch I wait 45 minutes for a medium sub with NO complicated order. Even when placing an order online, you will still wait 30 minutes after getting to this location. Absolutely HORRIBLE service, great chain.

The food is definitely a 5 for me but it’s kind of one of those deals where, if you don’t like it you probably ordered something you just simply didn’t like so don’t take the 4 star rating as a slight. I definitely love the fact they they have one of those freestyle drink machines bc I can actually enjoy the drink I want there. The staff is definitely younger and I’d say less polished but they are still nice enough and do what is required. This particular venture I got the new pizza sub and I was not disappointed. You can’t ever go wrong with a meatball sub but then they add the pepperoni on top and it makes it into a cheesier pizza version of the meatball sub. My gf got the hook and ladder and that’s always her go to. Will definitely be back as the food is consistent and fresh!

Kind of dirty, we were ignored at the register for several minutes while two employees bickered at each other and another played on his phone and pretended he didn’t know we were there. When we finally got our food it was good. Don’t use the restroom here, go to the corner and use the gas station it will be cleaner.

Food is always great in my opinion but be prepared to wait at LEAST 30 minutes for your order, regardless of the time of day. If you place an order on the app or online for pickup, it won’t be ready til about 30 minutes after the selected pick up tome. Food always comes out hot and delicious, but the wait is insane.

The Forsyth Rd. location is the location I go to the most, it’s the closest to my Office. But lately, several orders have not been made to my liking. A simple request, no onions. Yet onions are on my sandwich….even the one ordered a few minutes ago! I had to pick the onions off. I doubt that I will continue going to this location.

I didn’t know that I should make the adjustments to ingredients when ordering my sandwiches so they didn’t make my Hook & Ladder exactly the way I wanted it and didn’t include the pickle spears with either sandwich. I also ordered a meatball sandwich that was made okay. Meatballs were mostly filler and I won’t get that again- it was edible but tasted very, very processed and really needed more cheese. Hook & Ladder sandwich was pretty good and they did leave off the mustard and tomatoes like I asked, but didn’t give me extra onions or lettuce. It got very soggy because I don’t think the lettuce was drained well after being washed.
