The creepiest Carl’s Jr I’ve ever been in. It was a constant mechanical metal sound from some equipment. The main staff seemed completely disconnected. They blocked off the drive-thru and wouldn’t let anyone access the seating area.

I really liked this Carl’s Jr from all the other Carl’s Jr. The service was actually really good. They were nice to me and they had a smile when taking my order, so super friendly for sure. They were pretty fast but the food smelled, looked, and tasted fresh. They’re fries are nice and salty (which I like), and they had a nice atmosphere going when I sat down.

The burger was okay a little messy but the fries tasted old and reheated. There was no one servicing the counter when we showed up and then the got our order totally wrong and then over charged just to do a partial correction so the order was still wrong just less wrong but more expensive. ( ordered one meal + once double cheese burger ended up with one burger + double western then the correction was just adding fries and a drink separately which is more expensive than just getting the meal. Double western was ignored) the store had no air conditioning so really hot and there was loud squeeking noises like if you had a couple old hot dog warmers that needed to be oiled. I usually like carls Jr. But this time kind of dropped the ball.

First time in the food was some of the worst I’ve eaten at Carl’s Jr….. The second time in 5/13/2023, it was around 11pm, the person running the place was the biggest jerk. Worst customer service, he was rude, he hates his job and people. Is this what Catl’s has turned into? High prices and pitiful attitude driven customer service.

I found Carl’s Jr on the expensive side. Went here for late night snacks – Onion Rings and Jalapeno Poppers. Cost around $13 for these two items alone. The location is open 24 hours and had friendly service when I visited. There was just one other group besides me at the location at the time. Nothing special on the food part – standard frozen apps, fried for you when ordered.

This is the worst Carls Jr. I have ever been to. First of all you need to pay a quarter to use the restrooms that is so laughable!! And second customer service was horrible, I received the wrong order and I was treated very mean by management and they were not helpful at all with my order they didn’t even changed my order for the right one, NEVER GO HERE!!

First time I’ve had a burger from this chain, very good and open 24hrs this site, when the likes of the KFC next door and the Burger King up the road were all closed before 11pm on a Saturday night!? My combo was about 12 bucks and was very tasty, and was quickly prepared and done, with a steady flow of customers coming thru the door.
