I should have read the reviews BEFORE I placed my order through Uber. The only thing good that came out of this order was that MY UBER DRIVER KEPT ME UPDATED AND WAS ABLE TO DELIVER. The lettuce used smells OLD. There were missing ingredients in my COLD BURGER. I AM GLAD I WILL NOT ORDER FROM THIS PLACE AGAIN… locating the nearest restroom as my stomach did not agree with the merchandise.

If I’m the only person in the drive thru, why was I told to drive around and wait by the front door. Called about that and the horrible food and the so called manager with no customer service to herself hung up on me. Then when I called back the second girl was better at customer service, but refused to give me corp number or D.M.

I’ve had plenty of decent experiences at a del taco, the first time at this location was ok, it was during the season of fired shrimp tacos, it was good! So, I decided to go back on a different occasion and I wasn’t so great, then I tried again and the order was completely wrong thru the drive thru and I didn’t realize until I was half way home. By chance my boyfriend was craving Carne asada fries…so, we got to the drive thru ordered carne fries, a steak torta & 1 fish taco…we were the only one’s in the drive thru! They took the order, but what we received was a completely different order with burritos and chalupas, I quickly turned around and went inside the restaurant to hopefully get the right order. MIND YOU I went thru the drive thru because i did not want to get out of the car, and MY BOYFRIEND AND DOG BABIES WERE WAITING IN THE CAR FOR MY RETURN…I then had to wait for the young clerk in the front who apparently was clueless to any sense of urgency, to take the orders of 2 other frustrated patrons who already didn’t look pleased. When it was my turn, I told the clerk that we received the wrong order…it seemed like there was much confusion in the kitchen and apparently my order overlooked was just sitting on the cold counter. As the clerk started to bag the order that was just sitting there, I told him that if the fries are soggy and cold my boyfriend will not eat them so they need to be fresh…the Manger assured me that the fries sitting on the counter were just made fresh and still hot, I walked the corrected order to the car and to our surprise, there was no Carne asada to the cold soggy fries in the bag. EITHER THIS LOCATION doesn’t have it TOGETHER or this was just a pretty poor night for them…even heard a regular when I came in with the drive thru bag wish me good luck on getting it right

Did a mobile order and didn’t receive one of the two burritos. So tired from ordering here and not getting anything right. I ordered a couple of days ago and their milkshake machines don’t work. I was given a strawberry sprite as a replacement. how is a drink sprite with strawberry chunks the equivalent of a strawberry milkshake. I also waited on the customer support line for 35 minutes on hold and NO ONE answered.

The lady at the drive thru tonight (6/17/22 9:45pm) handed my wife a cup with a lid that didn’t fit. That spilled soda everywhere in our car. When my wife asked for napkins the lady at the window walked away. Can’t get treated with basic human decency at this Del Taco.

Untrained staff has no clue what they are doing. Not only was my order incorrect twice. Two others in front were also. And when “fixing” the order all they did was grab my original order which was wrong and gave it back. Add the 30 min+ wait just for a refund as well.

This used to be a good place to eat. Now every time I order food they do not eat eat right. If I ask for sour cream on everything. It is on nothing. If I ask for no tomatoes on everything. I get my order and it’s covered in tomatoes. I do not understand why it’s so hard. I am not asking for something new or not on the menu.
