This was by far the busiest Arby’s location I’ve experienced. Putting my order in ahead on the mobile app while in enroute was key. Skipped the long line and my food was ready by the time I walked in. The dining room was unkept many of the empty tables were still dirty.

Normally have a great experience at this location. Ordered the chicken club wrap meal: the wrap was inedible, hard on the ends and tasted stale. I opened the wrap to eat it. Never had that happen there. It’ll be a while before I eat there again.
