The personnel were quite friendly. The service is consistently excellent. The drive-through line went swiftly, and the food was wonderful. Breakfast is always enjoyable. My favorite meal at Hardee’s is the bacon egg and cheese combo with a Dr Pepper beverage. I enjoy the low prices! The staff is always helpful and friendly.

The employees argue amongst themselves where the customers can hear. They literally take one car at a time in the drive through, if a car is at the window the make the car at the speaker wait. The attitudes show that they would rather be anywhere else but there. The food is actually pretty good but it’s not worth it to deal with the employees.

The facility was nasty. Floors were dirty and slippery. The cashier had food on his shirt ( from assumed cooking) and he rang my order up wrong. He said he would need to get the manager if I wanted my money back. I told him no just give me a coffee since he rang up a meal. There was no coffee in the dinning area and I asked the cashier for some by the drive-thru which he indicated he would need to make a pot. When he gave me the coffee it was like it did not run completely through and was extremely strong and no amount of cream would lighten it. I spilled out the coffee and got a fountain drink. I needed to use the restroom but dared not since the doors coming in were dirty I could only imagined what the restrooms looked like. Place was extremely nasty and I will never go back again.

9am. No gravy, no hashrounds, place is filthy. Biscuit order had to be corrected 3 times. Biscuits were burned. Floors were slippery and tables had not been cleaned. Incompetent cashier who was not clean. He wandered all over the store wiping his nose on his sleeve. Workers in and out to smoke at the entrance door and take trash. Never saw them wash their hands on return. All while the Manager stood outside and talked with an employee whose shift had ended. Our last stop here. The health rating was 90.1.

We came in and ordered two 3 piece combos we was hungry the food was not as hot as I wanted it but the manager I think his name is Chris walked out and asked how was the food we said it wasn’t as hot as we would like it he came back with our same order hot we said you don’t have to do that he said yes I do I want to be the best restaurant in the neighborhood that sat well with me he was great the effort he put in to make sure his customers is happy that is how you do it

Took 27 minutes for 10 cars in the drive thru. Food tasted like the grease was 5 years old and the drink was like seltzer water. Couldn’t complain because the inside was closed and the alarm was going off the whole time.

As I came in to order, there were 3 or 4 people at the front working. Not a single person acknowledged me. The drive thru work came from the back and went over to the drive thru then came back to take my order. The front register person came in and they asked where he was and he replied he was out throwing boxes away. I had paid for my order and was waiting. He never went to wash his hands, which he had one glove on one hand but not the other. I sat down to eat and looked out the window and he is out smoking with the same one glove on and one off. He came in went behind the counter and never washed his hands. Attached is a picture of him outside smoking. They have a 90.5 grade. Stay away. I threw my fresh hot French fries away because he touched them with his hand. As I left, he was outside at the dumpsters again, same glove smoking. He walked back to the front door and a customer came up and inside he went to help him, same glove and all. I have picts of that also.
