This is a great place to eat and service is amazing. But if you don’t mind listening to the manager (Wanda) talk to her employees like their children and most of the them could do her job. So as I made a comment about how she talks to her employees, she comes to me as I’m paying for my food and quietly says if you have a complaint about me you can write me a note. So here you go Wanda here is your NOTE. MY FAMILY AND FRIENDS EAT HERE ALL THE TIME. WE’VE HAD THIS DISCUSSION AMONG MANY OTHER CUSTOMERS, TALKING TO YOUR EMPLOYEES LIKE THEY’RE IGNORANT IS NOTVFOR ENTERTAINMENT PURPOSES.

Waited over 20 minutes and wasn’t even asked about a drink, neither were the several people ahead of us. The waitress would stand around while the cook made a customers meal, disregard everyone waiting and when asked about it she and the cook said” that’s how we do it at waffle house”. No it’s not how most do it, just this one.. Please retrain your staff to do simple multi tasking as the service is terrible.

Food is very good but I don’t agree with the $9 service fee they charged me for ordering pickup. These restaurants nowadays want us to pay the employees their salaries while we’re already having to pay the high inflation prices.

This is a catch as catch can experience. It all depends on which staff members are working. Some are great and some don’t want to be there. But forget trying to call in your order, even if the place is empty, the phone will say that they are not taking phone orders due to the volume of in store customers.

On my recent visit, the restaurant had just come through a very busy time of the day. Our server , Chris was very apologetic and communicated well. Immediately he went about getting us a table and took care of our order. Then he went about playing “catch up” with the other duties. The key to getting through tough times is communication and a great attitude! He posseses both! Order was spot on and prepared well.

One of the really good waffle houses. Food was great. Although they made me eat in the car (the restaurant was closed for eating inside they told me – despite the people EATING INSIDE (no caucasians) which I don’t know why because as soon as I went to my car a random group of people (the right race) went RIGHT in and sat right down.
