If i could give this place a zero star I would. I was treated terribly and rushed out of the restaurant. I was not told that our food was going to be carry out or i would have left. The last person in my group got a tray and when you get a tray you are suposed to sit down and enjoy your food not be rushed. Colonel sanders would not be very happy with the way that the manager treated us. He was a better man. He knew respect.

They had the air turned down so low that most everyone that came in went outside to eat. When you did go out the door locked behind you and had to walk around the building to get back in. When the counter people were ask about the temp of the dining room their response was, It is like a 100 degrees in the back so we have to keep it that way. They are being paid to be there and I’m not, and probably will never go back again.

I went through there Drive through. Paid over $20.00 for this order got home 20 minutes drive. My husband’s food was so dried up he couldn’t eat it. Both mine and his Biscuits were so hard could eat them. I also ordered Mac n cheese that I didn’t get. I would give them 0 stars if I could. Probably won’t get any thing from there again. Plus I was supposed to get drinks she didn’t even ask what I wanted or give me anything. Tried to call several times but no answer.

Waited in drive thru line 20 minutes just to place my order, the order sign was sitting on the ground propped up with 2 X 4s, and only part of the menu was viewable. The man taking orders would only take one order at a time, so you have to sit and wait till the person ahead of you places their order, pulls forward and waits forever at the window to get their order before the employee will even take the next order. My chicken tenders were so greasy and the fries were cold, hard and very nasty. The man taking my order kept trying to get me to add more to my order stating he was just trying to get me a better deal. I think this will be my last visit to Vincennes, IN KFC. So sad because they used to serve a quality food with friendly service. Do the city a favor and just close for good.
