I have been ordering from this Marco’s for about 10 years and tonight was very disappointing. The 2 Pizzas I picked up were burnt to a crisp. After you have a long day, stop to get food for myself, and 3 Sons. You expect good quality food. I opened these Pizzas and wanted to cry. I’m beyond tired of restaurants hiring anybody and they don’t care what the food taste or looks like. Then I call and the young guy, who claimed to be the manager, was so nonchalant, like who cares. It’s sad. Did nothing to rectify the situation. I will NEVER order from them again and it’s just sad. Nobody has money and time to waste on bad food and bad service.

Don’t order from here. Carryout in store staff if rude, delivery the order is NEVER, & I do me NEVER, correct, you always have to call to have it redelivered & the staff you speak with (Especially Nicole) are extremely rude & tell you to eff off.

I’m giving it 4 stars because it took 1 hr for my order. I understand that it may be because of being short staff and when I placed the ordered it specified the time wait for 2 pizzas and an order or cheese bread. Other than that the food tasted really good so keep up the good and hard work!!!
