After a long day I called to place my order I come to pick it up, I pull up to the window, and the guy tells me I need a drive around to the other window on the other side of the building to pay which now there was a line that was formed, there are no clear indicators of which window to go and I shouldn’t have to drive around to the next window to pay when I’m already in line so I left.

I don’t like leaving reviews, but i’ve had way too many bad encounters with them. When they mess your order up they always have a nasty attitude. Ordered a Medium pizza tonight and it came uncut called them just for them to say “you can bring it back and we’ll take a look at it”. They forgot my drink on my delivery order and called and asked to speak to a manager and he had the nastiest attitude and was very rude. This is very unprofessional.

Horrible. I spend a lot of money ordering pizza here, and was just told I could not receive credit or a refund for a pizza THEY messed up. This pizza literally has NO SAUCE and somehow it’s my fault because I ordered on the app. You’ll be better off just going to johnnys or papa John’s

It took me 10 minutes for me to get my order. I arrive at one window and was told to drive to the other window. I was behind a car that waited 10 minutes ahead of me before I bag back to go in and was told the dine-In was closed. Had to get back in my vehicle to receive my order. I was very disappointed in my experience I received on tonight. And technically they weren’t that busy at all.
