We had a great visit here, dining in. The lady at the counter was very patient and kind to both of my children, and the food came out quickly! The only issue I had, I didn’t even bring to the staff’s attention at the time because I’m grown and can handle eating something a little different than I ordered. I ordered a double roast beef sandwich, add cheddar sauce, and she rang it in as a beef n cheddar. The only reason I don’t order that is because I prefer the bread on a regular roast beef sandwich. So for pacifying a pregnancy craving, I was a little disappointed, but I was really happy with the way we’re were treated by the lady who rang up our order.

We went thru the drive-through and ordered 2 jamocha shakes and loaded fries. Of course we scarfed down the shakes but the loaded fries were horrible. It was incredibly salty, and we just could not get past the salt in the fries. Service was good but the food was very bad!

I love Arbys. I gave a 4/5 for food because they left red ranch on my sandwich when I asked for it off. 5/5 for service because they serve with a smile when you and I both know they don’t get paid enough for that. 3/5 for atmosphere because…. I mean. It’s an Arby’s, I was having a mental breakdown that day, and the only other person in there was an old guy that kept picking his nose so. All in all, good food

Went in and ordered the new beef and brisket King’s Hawaiian meal the sign in the Drive-Thru said it was $9.49 that was all I ordered somebody tell me how my total came to $13 and some change and all the person at the register could tell me was that oh well that’s what it’s ringing up and after showing her a picture that it was wrong she wanted to argue with me like I was in the wrong will not be going back to this Arby’s and then I get home with my food and it’s all wrong I wanted the beef and brisket get home and I have some kind of chicken sandwich wow I ain’t never can’t believe they can’t even get a simple order right
