Visited this location to place an order to go. I asked for the key to use the restroom. I was refused the key, I was told it’s only for paying customers. I responded I needed to use the rest room prior to ordering since I couldn’t hold it. I was told the same thing again. You can’t use the restroom until you place an order and pay. Absolutely the most ridiculous thing I’ve been told. It’s obvious I’m not a homeless person trying to use the restroom. Carls Jr has lost my business permanently!!!!!!!

5 stars for night manager, Johnny! This was mine and friends first time ever at Carl’s Jr. Place was empty, but John was so nice and helpful. Gave us tips on everything, including local sight seeing. Tried the “Beyond Meat” burger, and liked it enough. Fresh and tasty (as far as fast food goes).. Restaurant was clean, and apparently they’ll be renovating soon to update the facilities.

I literally went in and used the bathroom with no problems the first time, tried to come in and use it again because I work across the street and the same employee who let me in before decided to get a nasty attitude with me and started complaining telling me it was for paying customers only and that I couldn’t even buy a drink to use it. Terrible service and the employees are extremely rude, they’d rather make me walk 15 mins to the nearest bathroom rather than stop being lazy, getting off their phones and taking the 20 seconds it takes to open the restroom door so I could use the restroom. Don’t dine here!

I went with my family but ran in with my 4 year old grandson because he needed to use the restroom while I was rushing him to the bathroom one of the employees said I needed to buy something before he used the restroom I told her we were going to eat there but he needs to use the restroom first she said NO buy something first and I will unlock the bathroom. I left I was not giving this place my business, I have NEVER been to a Carl’s jr that would deny a child to use the restroom.

1 star because you told me computers down, but I had to wait until u are off ur cell to tell me that. Waited 10 mins for order to be taken. I get it, why wait, but I have been working all day n a quick meal is what I want. But anyways, no tenders, no chicken. No fries. I guess it’s just a burger n drink. I get it the location is a bad one but not every customer is remember that. So next time, have some manners or respect for all of your customers.

One of my favorites, and love the famous star and fried zucchini at this franchise. The place was super clean, and the store customer service people were nice and professional. I went the next evening as I was staying at a nearby hotel. So I went there 2 evenings in a row because the hamburgers I purchased were flavorful, and they made it exactly how I liked it; full of condiments and heavy on the pickles. Nice people too!! Unfortunately, I did not take any pictures.
