Have not been here. Looked like a nice place to get a burger. Walked in and Wow, high ceilings with clean tables. Counter was clean also. Employees took my order. Picked the two cheese burger, fries and drink. Very tasty. Fries were hot and crispy. Burger could have been a bit warmer. Dr Pepper had the right mix. Easy to see from street. Easy access with good parking.

I pulled into the drive through with only two cars in front of me, and I waited for over 20 minutes to get a singular shake. At first I thought someone in front of me had a huge order and that’s what was taking so long. But when I got to the window for my one item, I sat there for about 5 minutes before anyone even talked to me. The food here is always great but the service is a bit of a hit or miss

Every single time I’ve come to this Arctic Circle in the last 10 years has been awesome. ❤️ The workers are friendly, and they take their time, making sure the food you ordered is hot and delicious. They pay attention to detail. I love going here, not every Arctic Circle is as awesome as this one!

Took too long to get the food and missed part of the order. Food is average fast food, you get what you pay for – speed! About 5 cars in the drive thru lane had to wait even longer, negate there was no one behind the car when we got there, but filed in immediately as we started to order… and then we waited…

I spent $45.85 on July 7th around 8:36 pm and I got a 2 piece halibut and fries, a 3 piece halibut and fries, a large blackberry shake and a medium raspberry shake. The halibut tasted horribly e and smelled bad also. I don’t know if they just needed to change out their oil or what. The fries were old also. The shakes weren’t mixed very well either. But dang! For that price I should have went to a sit down restaurant instead. Unfortunately, I will not be coming back to this one again.

The speaker and headset did not work correctly what we got was close to what we ordered wrong malt, hamburger patty was room temp they kept saying over the intercoms things like “can’t hear you” then they would repeat back something we did not say. This used to be my favorite place to eat when I was a kid.

I hate leaving bad reviews, but truly someone needs to be aware. I waited 10 minutes before my order was taken once at the speaker. It then took an additional 15 mins once at the window to get my food. Two cars behind me left before ordering. I am not sure if they’re understaffed or what. The food is good but absolutely not worth the wait.

We waited 15 minutes before our order was taken, then waited another 15 for food. The order was all wrong. We ordered 2 cheeseburgers, 1 double Cheeseburger combo, 2 flavor burst cones, and an oreo hot fudge sundae, and 2 extra orders of fries…what we got was 1 double Cheeseburger combo, 1 Cheeseburger, 1 fish sandwich, 2 flavor burst cones, and half of a sundae. I know that a lot of people haven’t been showing up to work, but this is Crazy! When you pay for food, you expect to actually get it!

Did not get my order correctly. Whe I advised of what we ordered the cashier attempted to argue with us about what we ordered . I advised that we needed what we ordered and that we would pay for it at that point they sent the manager out advising that they would not give it to us for free. I never asked for the item for free I just asked that they correct the mistake and we would pay for it. We will not be back. Bad customer service.
