Saturday 6:30 pm. It was busy. Myself and 2 kids sat down. We waited 15 minutes for menus, 10 more for drink & food order. Finally got drinks 34 minutes after sitting down. Food came out quickly. Pizza was solid, wings were average with food flavor but kind of floppy, I like a crispy skin. Garlic cheesebread was really good and cheap. Calzone was good and huge for the price. Waiting so long just to be acknowledged and served ruined the experience. We watched 2 groups come in sit down and leave after several minutes of waiting.

We came here hungry and having been here many times before the remodel, we were so disappointed with our pizza. We always order 2 side salads with tomatoes on the side and a small House Special. It’s the third time since the remodel that the pizza failed the expectations. Here’s what’s wrong.

Walked in to eat….no one came to seat us. We sat down and no one came to ask if we’d been helped. To be honest I’m not sure I saw a single employee outside of the bartender. We waited for about 5 minutes and then left.

We were at carbine in stillwater last night and got bad service and bad food. Our pizza was burnt. I hate to say it but when we walked in I had a bad vibe and almost walked out. I would recommend if you want good carbons with good food , good service and a big menu choice go to carbons in cottage grove.

We went to a family party when staying here from out of town. Someone in our family ordered from this place, my husband and I took one look at it and refused to eat it. Somehow we were talked into taking a box back with us so I’m taking a pic after it has cooled and I am getting ready to toss it, but would you have eaten this pizza even when it was fresh? I wouldn’t even let that leave my house kitchen let alone if I owned a business. I ended up going back to my hotel room and ordering from a different place.
