I ALWAYS order Pizza from this store, today I had an “earned” reward due to me,but when I tried to add it to my online order it wouldn’t take it. I showed the guy there my reward on my phone, only to be told we don’t have any S’mores. I thought fair enough they ran out. When I politely asked if I could get a free garlic bread or something as an alternative, he just said we don’t do that! So you advertise rewards, I had to order 3 pizzas to earn that reward, and you can’t give me an alternative item?????? Very angry, i won’t be going back to this store again.

Was just was turned away from the store being told we are not taking walk-in orders because there are too many online orders. Unacceptable customer service. I understand being busy and I might have to wait a bit longer for my pizza but being fall out told no sir we will not accept your order is unacceptable for any business.

Just left papa Murphy’s and as I sat there waiting for my pizza to be made I watched the owner’s son walk in the store hop on the line and proceeded to prep his own food without WASHING his hands and WEARING ANY GLOVES. While he was preparing his pizza the ingredients that he did not use he then put them back into the container I watched him touch his ears several time while preparing his food. Owner’s son or not he shouldn’t have special privileges in spreading germs and contaminating the food for everyone else to enjoy. Hoping the owner sees this and has a nice chat with his child on proper safety food handling. (Luckily the gentleman preparing my pizza wore gloves so my pizza was not harmed in the making)

Love $10 Tuesdays! Super friendly folks in here, and we never have to wait more than 3 or 4 minutes for them to put together absolutely great pizzas – no matter how busy they are. What’s not to like? Take home a pizza with fresh topping, and 15 minutes later have hot pizza!

I love the deals, the options, and the pizza! The people who work there are friendly and truly do make any kind of pizza you’d like. The large pizzas are big enough for a family of four, or “Family” size it: big enough for four teens! They deliver through Grub Hub, and you can call ahead with your order if you are in a time crunch. Take thinking of what’s for dinner off your mind and pick up one of their pizzas…they are good!

The staff is great but the female manager that was on duty was horrible. She berated the staff, picked on the crew, quizzed them, told them the s’mores looked horrible, and was just mean. You don’t do that, especially not in front of customers. My pizza came out quick, was made exactly to order and everyone was very pleasant. But you can tell the manager was ruining morale and poisoning the work environment. Very sad.

Maybe an off night but the pizza toppings on the chicken med pizza were fairly skimpy. The $10 Tuesday deal brought in a crowd so maybe they were just resource strained. Only 4 stars today.
