Worst experience ever so I called and told him that my son got sick of the chicken biscuit we ordered this morning and he kept on throwing up this was the only thing he ate! For him to say they had 1500 hundred customers and didn’t have no complaints and he didn’t try to fix the problem very rude manager if I was you I would stay away from this nasty location I will never go back worst service ever go to the Wendy’s on Dundee Ave or the one on Randall

Worst service ever with a mobile order! The manager said I didn’t pull up to the speaker and notify them of my order information. As if I just roll into the drive thru hoping they’ll know my order information. Absolutely ridiculous, never returning to this location. Claims they don’t have my order even after I showed them the receipt on my phone.

Be aware of this Wendy’s to bad i give one start for the service when you order somthing and give you the wrong order they blame at you is one big nose gay he clame to be the owner of the place but i don’t belive the owner have the attitude like this guy. He say he owns 3 Wendy’s i will find out for sure. I feel bad for the Employees. I ask him for his name he refuses to give me his name. I hope the Wendy’s corporate fire this one.

Only giving them 2 stars bc they had the chicken wrap but overall experience was horrible, started with being super unorganized in the drive thru. 3 different people trying to take my order at the same time. I would start talking to one and another would jump on asking to help me. Finally we get through the order taking process and get up to the window. The guy was really short with me at the window. Total was $51.92 and he quickly gives me $5.08 and walks away without giving me a receipt. I get to the 2nd window and ask for a receipt. The lady was friendly and honestly if I was the only one paying for the order I wouldn’t have cared about the $3 but it wasn’t my change so I let them know I got the wrong change. Now to the food. I ordered 2 baconators a chicken sandwich and some pretzel bun pub and a wrap all meals. None of the sandwiches had the pretzel bun which is the whole reason the sandwich was ordered and the “baconators” were just single bacon cheeseburgers with nothing on them just 1.5 pieces of bacon and a slice of cheese. And to top it off the fries were cold. And we didn’t wait to get home to eat them. We pulled out of the ridiculously confusing parking lot and started grabbing fries that were cold. I tried to call the store to at least ask for he baconators to be replaced but no one answered the phone the 3 times I called. Over $50 on food and the only thing that was semi decent was the chicken wrap.

Don’t go after midnight. Says it’s open till 2 am but everyone gets stoned and does God knows what to the food. Had a guy climb out the window who didn’t even work there lol. Also got a chicken sandwich that was raw so idk where to eat anymore.

We have never had a bad time here. Always good food. When busy the orders are a little slower coming but worth the wait. The burgers are hot, juicy, and fresh, and I really enjoy them. Now if they would just start filling their fries to capacity, one of the employees was out shoveling the walk and took the time to visit with a customer and make sure they knew it was icy. Another employee delivered our order to the table and came back to see how we were doing. This was not your typical fast food experience. I was very impressed. I’d be a real happy costumer. I will be coming here core often because of the great customer service and food.
