This is our go-to Olive Garden. The entrées are always fantastic. However, the last two visits we have had there the customer service has been lacking. The servers have an attitude as if they don’t want to be there or you are “bothering” them. Not friendly at all. We’ve never had this problem at this location until the last few months. Generally, it’s a five-star experience.

We ate here for the first time this afternoon! The service was great! The food was overall pretty good, we ordered a tour of Italy & the chicken was definitely dry/over cooked but everything else was really great! Food came out super hot, and pretty quick.

I am so pleased with their attitude and service! I hosted a Notary Meetup with a larger group expected to show up and although they don’t take reservations and not everyone showed up, I was able to be seated in a nice isolated area with my group and had a great experience! They didn’t give me a hard time about it and were very pleasant from the young man at the host stand to the servers.

We have ate at Olive Garden in 7 states (we travel full time) and I have NEVER had an experience as bad as we did tonight. It started with old bread sticks and a salad with no dressing or the normal veggies like tomatoes and olives. I had to remind him to put cheese on it. When he brought the drinks he forgot 2 of them (there was only 3 of us), so we had to remind him for those too. When our food finally came the steak plate was so full of grease the pasta side was a unedible mush of oily pasta, they didn’t even add the broccoli side. The drinks that were forgotten at the beginning of the meal were not delivered untill the meal was over.

Great little place 1st time in the Killeen one my bestie and I stopped here after getting our nails done. Some salad a thing of calamari was very good Update: I came back for a Birthday April 18th and lunch was fabulous with my friends I just wanted to say thank you to our server Yancy and I like it so much my husband and I went back for dinner and so I want to also thank my night server Taylor and a couple of shout out to some friends that work there Stephanie and LD the manager. We first visited the Italian food restaurant Olive Garden back in 2006 when we first came to visit the United States. We were invited to this restaurant by our good friend and we liked this restaurant. And now, many years later, we are here again and have not regretted it. We were served by a very friendly waiter Cody who recommended dishes to us. Cody worked very quickly and before we had time to look around, the food was already on the table! The food was excellent, delicious, fresh and juicy! we liked absolutely everything: soups, salad, calamari and shrimps. We really enjoyed the food! Thank you very much to the chefs of the restaurant Olive Garden for the deliciously prepared Food and special thanks to Cody! Cody, you are the best!

The food was great. We had chicken with Masala sauce, make your own pasta, salad, and calamari and beverages. Aseria was our server and she is a very nice person. The Manager, Will stopped by to make sure we enjoyed our meal. I know it’s a normal thing but Will was very hospitable.
