So we ordered an alfredo pizza with chicken today and ordered extra sauce. Well, the first pizza my husband picked up had little to no sauce. It was literally just bread and cheese….not what I wanted. My husband called back and calming explained the situation and they told us to bring the old pizza back and they would make a new one. So my husband picks up the pizza and this is what we get….. This is excessive and I am POSITIVE it was done intentionally because it had to be remade. Now it is pure soup!! I know I said extra but come on… this is too much…I just wanted a little extra sauce not a soupy pizza. This is the SECOND time we have had an issue with this location!!

I love the convenience of using the app and the delivery option. The only issue is when I order and choose the delivery option they never have a delivery driver. I’m given the option either to come get it, which cancels the point of picking the delivery option, or to credit the account. Cooking dinner now because I had to cancel my order. On another note, when I would get my order delivered I’m satisfied.

2 months ago I waited for 2 hours for my food to be delivered. I had to go over there and check on it and the people was so ugly and rude. they told me the food was on its way to my house. when I got home it still wasn’t here that’s the worst service I ever had in my life I’ve never go back to that place again and if everyone looks closely they answer with all the same words they might change a word or two around but it’s automatic they just push a little button and it says the exact same thing every time. So please don’t try to apologize to me I don’t want to hear the same thing that you’ll tell each and every unsatisfied customer.

I have never experienced such horrible customer service in my 44 years. If i could give negative stars, I would. When I called to ask how my husband could come in and just pick up the pizza that was supposed to be curbside, the employee got frustrated very quickly and cursed at me and then hung up. When I called back to speak to the manager, the same employee said she was the manager. Again, I was cursed at and hung up on. I couldn’t even cancel my order. I will never eat here again!!! Disgusting to have someone like that working in your store, much less managing it.

Ordered carry out on July 6 at 9:29. The tracker said my order was ready to pick up at 9:50. I got to the store at 10:04 and the doors were locked, even though nothing said they were closing at 10pm. I tried using the “I am here” button, but no one brought out the order.
