I went to the drive thru and the service through out was great, until I got to the window. There is a horrible smell of sewage backup coming through the window that makes you lose your appetite. I threw my food away after receiving it. I have reported this problem to the health department and my friend told me she did the same. The smell is horrendous and will make you want to gag.

There are two BK’s in Dover and they are bad and worse. This Milford location is doing something right thankfully. They check the order is correct before giving me the bag every time. The food is always super hot. I order thru the app and never have to wait more than a few minutes at the window. I mention these things because literally that’s all I care about. It’s all that matters at a fast food place. Staff is friendly too.

Absolutely horrible service at the 943 N DuPont Blvd Milford, DE 19963 the woman were all giggling and talking as if it were a middle school recess as i waited for someone to tend to me. They were not welcoming at all or even pleasant. As my husband asked the cashier a question she just looked at him completely ignoring it and not even attempting to answer him at this point I just wanted my food so I can just leave had I not been driving for hours hungry on the road and another restaurant had been open or not so busy I would have just kept my money and took my business else where !!! I will never step foot In another Burger King again they left a nasty taste in my mouth I’m all set NO THANKS
