Service is usually fast but today I got all the way home and noticed my lettuce for my Cobb salad was old and wilted. They don’t have a contact number to call so I’m deciding to leave a review. It’s upsetting when pregnant women is craving something and when you get it. It’s absolutely not what it was suppose to be. A salad! I’m thinking okay just one part of it. No it’s the whole salad! So upset! Check your food before you leave the drive thru!

I went to this location on 8/2 at 5:13pm, as you walk in it smells of feces by the front door. The restaurant is extremely crowded and dirty. There are about 7 employees on the floor and it is utter chaos. No one knows their position, the employees don’t have a system and are yelling at door dashers. Okay I ordered 2 meals and 2 sandwiches and total came up to almost $50. There is an African American man supporting with handing out orders but he is very rude and doesn’t know what he is doing. Every time I ask or anyone inquiring about their order, this young African American lady with box braids and striped shirt is yelling to see our receipts. Okay fast forward it’s 6:17pm and I received partial of my order which was cold and soggy.I go to staff and ask for my missing items and fresh food. Instead of getting my items I paid for, the stripped shirt lady gave me attitude back the soggy cold food and when I asked to get fresh food she said she can give me a refund. I am upset and frustrated, like who is the operator. This location needs to be looked on by corporate, due to lack of brand appropriateness. Stay away and save yourself an hour plus wait. Staff is rude, facility issues and a million other issues. The WORST CHIC FLA restaurant and experience EVER!!!!! Many of the good reviews are from employees and are fake.

My coworkers and I stopped in this location last week and we were so happy we did. The staff was excellent! They were polite and friendly and ensured we were completely satisfied with our order. All of our food was fresh and hot. Our orders came out fast too! The manager (a lady whose name I can’t remember) was very professional as well. We will definitely be returning to this location.

I have visited this location quite a few times. There is normally one person on the register because the drive thru is insane !! This in turn causes a back-up with the indoor customers. Staff is friendly and agreeable …. you believe they are listening …. then your name is called, you are given your order, you maneuver out of the waiting area and then ……I have need to go back to the waiting area and politely maneuver back to the counter so that I can get the dips for the chicken, the croutons or the salad dressing !!! Improvement is key here !!

My sister and I was lucky when we came there was no line and one couple waiting for their food but then the line piled up while we was waiting for our food. We got the nuggets and fries for the kids, I got the spicy southwest salad with ranch dressing and a milkshake that I left in the freezer(still was good days later). My sister also got a milkshake and a Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich meal. Food was good and the employees nice and helpful

The service crew are so rude. I ordered worth $50 plus and just asked for a spare plastic cup and someone who’s wearing a different colored uniform than the rest, screamed at the top of her lungs that cups are so expensive that we don’t give it here. Apart from that, we asked the one who took our orders if we can try all their sauces which she readily took note of on our receipt but the same person who checks the orders before giving them and the same one who screamed awhile ago, screamed at us again and said that we can’t have 17 sauces in total What the heck, what17? U got only about 8 variety and the one who took our order named Paris , never said about your policy that u can only give 4. We don’t have any problem with that. But to scream and embarrass us in front of everyone, like we’re beggars so hungry and desperate for your sauces is just so wrong! It’s our first time in your store and just wanted to see what’s the hype all about. Chill. You’re so rude and your attitude disgusts us! You even managed to hide napkins that I’ve to come back to ask after realizing that you never put a single one in our bag of food. Thank you for giving us 2 pieces of napkins. One for each of us. Seriously?Are u really that cheap to your paying customers? And by the way, we just found out when we got home, that she even managed to not give us any salad dressing for our salad. How can you eat a salad without any dressing? I hope that your manager will really do something to workers like you! . Poor service. Wait time is so long. Rude service crew. Beware! Always check your order before you leave coz it seems they’re willing to go through anything just to save a couple of napkins, sauce or dressing. Are you really that cheap? We will never come to this branch again!

I visited the Five towns location store # 03921 and was greeted by a young lady name Anastasia. She was the most professional, kind and courteous cashier I have ever come in contact with at a fast food chain. Her responses to my requests was “my pleasure” and always suggested the better option when we asked a question. I had to speak to the manager and let her know how amazing this young lady was. We need more Anastasia’s like her. Thank you for doing an awesome job young lady!

I’ve been dying to come here since its opening but due to long lines at the driveway, I assumed that it’s also very busy inside and that the food was great! My son really wanted to try it and so we did finally. First of all, the place is dirty. The seats are not thoroughly clean, you can see oil stains and eventhough the tables are nice and new, they’re sticky and nasty. When I got our order, of course, I laid them out on the table but 2 fries are missing, so I went back and asked if I could get my missing fries. I was told to bring my bag of foods so he can check them out, I said, my son has started eating already, why don’t you please go to our table instead and see if we had the fries! I finally got my saggy fries with no hints of salt at all. The spicy southwest salad we ordered was also a disappointment. Our sodas and iced tea were so bland! I mean, I expected too much from this food chain or maybe it’s just this particular store? I did try the chicken fingers before somewhere when a friend bought some and I liked it but my overall rating for this store from service, place and food are a total disaster. I’m never coming to this branch and it will probably take me a long time to try Chick-Fil-A again. And oh, funny thing, we stopped by at Panera to buy soup and another salad coz we were still hungry when we left.
