I’ve been waiting for over 2 1/2 hours AFTER the order said OTW!!!! I’ve called twice! The first time she said 15 min. and hung up… 30 min later I called a 2nd time, I spoke to a manager who said let me check and hung up on me as well. Worst service.

You did a great job and was so nice and had a big smile very friendly when handling and handing me my order…2 hot pizzas . I don’t know who fixed them but I want them to fix my every time. I have been a fan of PizzaHut since my childhood. I was devastes when they closed the air down restaurant on Robinhood Rd. This location is for take out & delivery only. I assume the low stars are because of the staff and service as they can be hit or miss. However, I truly believe that out of all the “Fast Food”” chain pizza places, Hut has the beat flavor. Their crust is crunchy & buttery and gives it that unique taste. We got the new “Detroit” style which has the sauce on top of the cheese and it was great. I am giving it 3 stars because of the flavor and because it beats all the other chains hands down!

So I decided that I was going to treat my kids to pizza from Pizza Hut, because we hadn’t ate there in a while. So I called and said I want to place her order for pickup. I asked the young lady “what specials they have for today” and she told me you can go on the website to look up the specials. I said oh okay “thank you” and hung up the phone. Well I didn’t go over there to get any food, because I don’t understand if someone calls you to ask you what specials you have you should be willing or maybe even start off with what kind of specials you have for the day. Someone needs customer service training! I can’t spend my money somewhere the employee is acting like they don’t have time for me or my questions.

The driver who delivered our food didn’t say a single word, not even when I said “Thank you. Hope you have a happy new year”. Once I got the boxes inside the house I noticed they were all smashed down on top of the pizza and the cheese had stuck all to the lid. I had to scrape it off the box to put back on the crust. One pizza I can understand but both of them were this way as well as the melt. All of the food was beyond cold and had to be reheated to be edible. The store is 3.5 miles from my house so the food being cold I don’t get. Dominoes is further away and can get pizza to my house hot, as can Papa John’s which is even further away. All in all I wouldn’t recommend the Pizza Hut on University Blvd in Winston-Salem, NC.

The food showed up cold.. The delivery driver was really nice nice. But on the website you cannot order bread sticks. Only mozzarella sticks. We ordered mozzarella sticks they did not show up. I called Pizza Hut they said we would not be charged because they were out. But we were still charged.
