This is hands down, absolutely my favorite Caribou in this general area! The quality of food and service, no matter what I order (which changes a lot) is stellar. Extremely friendly, happy, smiling baristas. The fireplace is so cute and there is plenty of seating all the way to the back of the store. I like that they sell juices and other healthy snack items too. The gluten free breakfast options are so delicious.

From my experience, if you order via mobile and when you get there and they simply don’t have the food item you ordered they will say it’ll be returned back to the mobile app then it never appears. In order to have anyone validate your inquiry about the return you’ll have to know which employee said they would return it so if you frequent more then one location like myself it’s a challenge trying to remember the date let alone which person said what. This has only happened a handful of times but is it that difficult to make an item no longer available online? It’s so easy to take a payment but go thru hoops when it’s time to return a payment in my opinion.

Don’t like to do this because my normal experience here has been fine. Today it was a little different. The person taking my order seemed disinterested. I had to tell her my perks number because she never asked for it. Unfortunately, I had an oatmeal which was 1/2 a cup and cold. Didn’t want to embarrass her but I thought you should know.
