Even though the pizza was delivered almost after 1 hr 40 mins, it was warm enough to eat and the delivery driver was very apologetic for the delay. While I was tracking my delivery, i could see number of stops he made delivering other people’s orders before mine. Probably there could’ve been few drivers for the night since its a week day. I would like to thank the driver (I believe his name was Thomas) for the service and the respect he has shown towards the job. This is what true customer service means.

If I could give 0 star I would. Their drivers are thieves and liars. Managers Normand is very unprofessional he did nothing to try to retrieve my money instead kept lying saying I would receive the money I was owed. It’s very horrible to treat customers in such a a way and allow drivers to steal and help themselves to your money and then lie about it. I have filled a complaint with corporate and I hope someone loses their job for the horrendous service because in no way am I letting this go. The fact I have the driver on video stealing is even more disgusting. Don’t trust them!! They are vultures..

At this point we have been waiting an hour and a half for our order. Called to check on it, had to select place a new order because they aren’t answering the check on your order line. Guy said “it left 10 minutes ago” this does not agree with the online tracker, or the fact that it would mean it’s been out for delivery for half an hour and still isn’t here, maybe 8 minutes away. Hard to say if the food is any good, but if you want cheap pizza, definitely get carry out.

Ordering from this place is terrible. Took almost 2 hours to get our order tonight. Called to find out what was taking so long and the manager told that is just the way it is on Fridays and Saturdays. Not apologetic at all and rude. When we got our food it was not hot at all. Not the 1st time I have had a bad experience ordering from here but it is definitely the last time. Would give zero stars if I could.
