Saturday August 12 2023 Been going to this location since I moved to Boston for over, 15 something years. Never had any issues until recently months. Didn’t say anything about poor quality of service in my history my life. The lady working at the register in Dorchester location has an undeveloped destitute mindset. So unbelievable how many orders that thing of a human mistakenly made wrong. I’m not the one that complains but something has to be done. Specifically told her I wanted an extra large cheese in size ( diameter ) this piece of submerge gonna charge me $18.84 plus tax for a regular large cheese which said $16.80 plus tax. Mind you it’s not about the price, it’s about her not knowing simple addition. Order something else which was around $31, but wasn’t what I ordered. Mind you again i stopped calling that location because of recent history of excessive mistakes over the phone with ORDERS. Show up in person, it’s unbelievable WORST!!! Overcharged me and instead of Accommodating me she thought it was in her best interest to raise her tone. It’s all good with me I’ll find another location but significant changes needed at marcy Boulevard location. Just want to note that the cooks was two African American young men and lady that did an an amazing job cooking the food to note and assisted me. Those three definitely get a great recommendation for me. Making sure I call headquarters Monday.

The staff was fine, the pizza seem rushed and crust was about 2 inches which seem extreme. The wait was my issue. Pizza was supposed to be done at 6:40pm, almost 40 minutes after our promised time was when our pizza was handed to us. Might as well go there and order rather than preorder online. We were late to feed the kids who were starving after a game. Big disappointment on time management!

I’ve been coming to this papa ginos for 30 years. It’s excellent! Delicious hot food, fast service and friendly staff make this restaurant a favorite that kept me coming back, customer loyalty, which is well deserved. The staff is awesome, they’ve never given me a bad meal. Even when I come in on a Friday, on a busy night they get the orders done right with speedy service and a smile. , the food is always hot and tasty and a good deal for the money these days. A relaxed atmosphere to eat & stay & relax with friends in a comfy booth and watch the boston traffic go by. I love this Papa ginos, the staff feels like family and i feel at home here. It’s terrific, awesome and I’ll keep coming back because it’s great! Can’t fail with the pepperoni pizza, a classic. Come on by and eat & stay awhile, I’m sure youll love it here too! A+ for this Papa Ginos!

Horrible place bad Custumer service don’t want to know how’s the food 07-09-2023 hours to close on door was 9pm and I arrived at 8:42 pm a fat guy inside the store told me are you picking up I told him no I’m ordering to go he said no only orders for pick up I turned around I’m not forcing no one to do my food if they don’t want !!! Never see people there I wounded why and maybe the owner desiring to hace Custumer at store in thise bad days !!!!

Pizza was thrown haphazardly into the box with literally one tiny piece sliced. The light skinned young lady at the counter also had the worst attitude. I asked fir a bag, she rolled her eyes and tossed it on the counter and walked away. This location and service is terrible.
